Uthyres ASAP: liten lägenhet i West Village

Hi,

here are the details:

I'm moving out from my current place by the 15th of sept, but my lease is not up until the last of Nov, so therefore I'd like to sublease it for 2.5 month, to get the security deposit back.
After that it's an option to take over the contract or move out.

It's a 1 bed, on 87 Christopher St. 4th FL (of 5) walk up, with livingroom towards the back yard, with high trees, so its light, calm and has a view to the sky and Empire State Building.

In the pretty big kitchen I have a butcher table and 4 stools from IKEA, and in the bedroom I have a full size bed. These furniture I can leave, sell or remove, dep what's wanted.
In the living there is a built in bookshelf, but the rest of the furniture I'd like to bring with me.

The rent is currently $1800, which the broker said is still the best you can get for a 1 bed here, but as the market dropped, I already spoke to the landlord about renegotiate it to be $1700 or possibly $1600 after last november.
Gas+internet is approx $50 each so with this incl it would be $1900, and dep. on how we arrange with furniture that could be extra.
I think its a good deal for the location that is great, btwn bleecker and 7th ave, close to the subways 123, at the corner and close to W4 station w all its trains, and pretty close to the water front, all caffees restaurants and stores around here.

I believe that's the basics, any questions? Interested? or know of anyone who would be? Let me know, the sooner the better!

All the best,
Maria
