Furnished 2-bedroom apartment for $1 500/month. Sublet is for at least 3 months, starting June 1st. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed, the other bedroom has a single bed. This is ideal for either a couple or two students/interns to share.
It's located in trendy Williamsburg on South 3rd St, between Keap and Rodney. Includes living room, eat-in kitchen, and bathroom with tub, high ceilings and wood floors and measures about 60 sq meters. It’s near lots of cool bars, cafes, galleries, restaurants and boutiques. The rent includes heat and water. Utilities and internet come to about $100/month extra.
Transportation is great. It’s near the 2nd on the L subway line and the 1st stop in Brooklyn on the JMZ. The train takes 10 minutes to reach Union Square in Manhattan and 15 mins to reach Wall Street.
